A Fredericktown man who supplied the drugs and alcohol that led to a woman’s fatal overdose has been sentenced to 12 years in prison. Steven Harbour had pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of Nicole Brown, who died in a Perryville hotel room last year. His manslaughter sentence will run concurrently with his new sentence.
