State Republican officials say most of the weekend caucuses went well, but things got rocky in several places. Disorder in the Clay County caucus caused it to drag out for three hours before votes were taken. The St. Charles County caucus became so disorderly that leaders shut it down without any votes being taken. What happens next in St. Charles County isn’t clear although the caucus could be re-scheduled in some form.
