March 8, 2012 By Bill Pollock

The Missouri Women’s basketball team was eliminated from the Big 12 tournament, losing to the Oklahoma Sooners 70-59. The Tigers fall to 13-18 on the season, as they saw a 10 point lead slip away in the second half.

Mizzou led 33-23 at the break, but the Sooners went on a 15-2 run. The closest the Tigers would get would be 38-37 after two free throws from senior Christine Flores.

Morgan Eye moves up to third on the all time three-point list with 63 3-pointers made this season. Chrisitne Flores also had a team high 18 points to finish with 26 double digit scoring outings on the season and 63 in her Tiger career.
