The body of a missing Cape Girardeau man has been found in a Mississippi River diversion channel. Bobby Ray Mennecke had been missing since mid-January. He was identified by a wallet in his pocket. He had moved to Cape Girardeau from Sullivan about two years ago. Police continue to investigate. An autopsy will be done today
