A one million dollar bond has been set for a St. Louis man accused of shooting his wife and three-year old daughter, then threatening to set them afire. The charges against Antonio Green say he also hanged his daughter by the neck from a leash and killed and mutilated a pet bird. He faces 18 charges. His wife has been released from a hospital after treatment but his daughter remains under hospital observation.
