One man has been charged with setting seven fires in North-east Missouri’s Lincoln County. Arson charges blame Roy Gunn of Elsberry for setting them. Police say he has a prior arson conviction in Texas and had been on probation in Lincoln County for stealing money from car wash coin boxes. The charges say he set fires at five vacant homes and a tax preparation service. He’s also accused of starting a brush fire.
