Dallas County dog breeder fined for lack of proper animal care

The state has shut down a Dallas County dog breeder accused of violating the state animal care facilities act. The Attorney General has gotten an injunction against Conway kennel operator Lori Goss and her A-Lick-A Hope Kennels.      The state agriculture department says Goss didn’t provide proper care for its animals. The court has told Goss to pay a $1,000 civil penalty and other fees and costs
