Catholic bishop’s lawyers want charges dismissed

Lawyers for Kansas City Catholic Bishop Robert Finn are asking a judge to dismiss four charges filed against Finn last fall–charging the law on failing to report child abuse is unconstitutionally vague. They also want the judge to have Finn tried separately from the diocese if the case moves to trial.
