Kinder tries to cut spending in office, sells state car

Lt. Governor Peter Kinder says he doesn’t need his state-provided car anymore and recommends it be sold. It’s a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis. He uses his campaign car instead of the state car.Kinder says it’s all part of his effort to cut spending in his office, which he says is down about 10 percent in three years.
