Two Chicago men and a man from Denver have pleaded to racketeering conspiracy in St. Louis Federal Court.

The three admitted to being associated with the Wheels of Soul Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, which ran cocaine. Thomas “Q-Ball” Bailey also says he agreed to killing an insubordinate member. Rasheed Jamal Brandon acknowledged he conspired with other gang members to murder rival club members in East St. Louis and that he was part of a robbery in Southern Illinois.

Each of the men faces of up to 20 years in prison.
