A Columbia man has been arrested after another man died of a fatal heroin overdose last Monday night. A court document says the man found dead had pawned a ring then met another man and bought some heroin that he later injected shortly before he died.
Police say they used text messages and cell phone records to lead them to a man suspected of selling the drugs.
