Troy teenager Donald Waters Junior has been put on three years of probation after being accused of planning a massacre at his high school in Winfield. He has apologized and has entered a no contest plea to the charge. His plea avoids a trial. Police say they found information on his computer about how to build and shoot weapons. Waters’ attorney says it was reserch for a school project.
Waters is 18. He cannot go back to the school, but the school has to give him support at home so he can get his diploma.
