A psychiatric examination says a man who tried to get a fake bomb through airport security in Kansas City is unfit to be tried on federal charges.

The examination says Pennsylvania resident Anthony Falco suffers from a mental illness and cannot understand the seriousness of the charges or help his lawyer in his own defense. Falco has been ordered to a hospital for four months where doctors will determine if he ever can be tried.

Falco is accused of trying to sneak the fake bomb through airport security on the tenth anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
