A murder charge accuses a woman of killing a Gladstone psychiatrist who was having an affair with the woman’s husband.
The charge against Shannon O’Roark Griffin of Granbury, Texas, says she shot psychiatrist Irina Puscariu three times then called her husband to tell him what she’d done.
