A federal grand jury in Kansas City has indicted 14 people, accusing them of providing Missouri identification materials to illegal immigrants. The federal prosecutor says more than 3,500 documents have been issued to illegal immigrants, who paid about 1,500 dollars for them. Prosecutor Beth Philips says St. Joseph was the hub of the conspiracy. Six people there are accused of helping immigrants get Missouri documents.
