Despite holding the Baylor Bears scoreless over a six-plus minute stretch in the first half, the Missouri women’s basketball team didn’t have enough fire power to keep up with top ranked team in D-I women’s hoops, losing 90-46 Wednesday night in Waco, TX.  The Tigers shot just 25% in the first half and scored half of their points, while Baylor jumped out to a 40-23 lead.

Seniors BreAnna Brock and Christine Flores led the Tigers, both scoring in double figures. Brock scored 14 and Flores added 10 points, four assists, two blocks and two rebounds. Mizzou falls to 10-2 on the season and will play again Saturday against Texas Tech at Mizzou Arena starting at 4 p.m. Baylor remains undefeated at 16-0.
