A man still using a wheelchair to recover from injuries in an Kansas City traffic crash has pleaded guilty to two manslaughter charges. The prosecutor says Felix Solano-Gailardo was drunk and going the wrong way on Interstate 435 when he collided with car containing a Belton woman and her 11-year-old daughter. Both died.

Solano-Gallardo, whose blood-alcohol level was double the legal limit, could get 30 years in prison when’s sentenced in March.
