Those willing to get up early and bundle up Wednesday morning could be in for a celestial treat. The Quadrantids meteor shower will be visible for about two hours beginning around 3:00 a.m.

The shower produces up to 100 meteors an hour, and viewing conditions should be good. Most of the state will have mostly clear skies.
