A Springfield city councilman has been arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon. Police had been called to the home of Councilman Nick Ibarra for a domestic disturbance. Ibarra remains under Highway Patrol investigation for what police call a Thanksgiving Day road rage incident
