Admitting he was very sore and if there was a game on Wednesday he would not be able to play, Rams quarterback Sam Bradford says he is still in wait and see mode for this Sunday against Cincinnati as he continues to battle a high ankle sprain.

His left foot was in a boot as his nagging injury won’t go away. Bradford feels he’s taken a step backwards in his progression from the injury a few weeks ago. “When I came back the first time, I was able to make it through those first three or four games. It got better each week. It wasn’t sore after the game.” However that hasn’t been the case the last two weeks where Bradford has struggled in his last two starts, Monday at Seattle and on Nov. 27 against Arizona.

The trouble this week is he has one less day to get ready for the Bengals and the ankle is beginning to affect his throwing mechanics.
