The Missouri Tigers will play in the Independence Bowl in Shreveport Lousiana. The game on Dec. 26 matches them with North Carolina, which finished the season 7-5, the same record Missouri had. This is the third time since 2003 that Missouri has played in the Independence Bowl.

The game will be the first time that teams from the ACC and the Big 12 have met in the nation’s 11th oldest bowl.
