A cell phone has foiled a carjacking in Kansas City. Police say a passenger in a stolen car sent a text message for help, leading police to arrest the man who had hijacked the car.
Police say Antonio Jackson forced two women in the car to go to an ATM and get money for him. Jackson faces robbery, kidnapping, and armed criminal action charges.
