The lender for one of the largest shopping malls in the region, Jamestown Mall in North St. Louis County, has foreclosed on the property and put it up for sale.
Bruce LeMoine, the lender that foreclosed on the mall, says the mall’s now on the market but an asking price for the mall has not yet been set. He says he’s gotten some calls about it from out-of-state,about interest from possible buyers.
