University of Missouri head football coach Gary Pinkel pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of drunken driving on Friday, according to Boone County court records.

Pinkel was arrested late Wednesday night and was suspended for one week by the school on Thursday for his actions. Thus, he will miss this weekend’s game against Texas Tech.

The court records show that Pinkel got a 30-day suspended sentence and two years of unsupervised probation. He is scheduled to appear in court on December 13.

Pinkel is in his 11th season as Missouri’s head coach. The Tigers are 5-5 this season heading into Saturday’s game.
