The Columbia city has dropped a marijuana possession citation against Governor Nixon’s son, Willson, because the evidence doesn’t support a charge. The prosecutor tells the Columbia Daily Tribune police had looked through a window of a home where a loud party was being held and had seen marijuana on a table … and that the young Nixon tried to hide it from officers. But that’s not enough to prove a violation of a city ordinance on possession.
