Former school employee charged for sexual misconduct

A former employee of the Bronaugh School District is to be arraigned November 21 on felony charges alleging statutory rape, statutory sodomy and sexual contact with a student. 34-year-old Lori Layher, Moundville, was booked Monday at the Vernon County jail and later released on a $100,000.00 cash or surety bond.She is accused of having sex with two students between December 1, 2009 and March 31, 2010.
