With firearms deer season just around the corner, Governor Nixon is traveling to different areas of the state urging hunters to Share the Harvest.
The program is a partnership between the Conservation Federation, the Missouri Department of Conservation, local food banks and meat processors … the program provides venison donated by Missouri hunters and processors to local food banks and needy families.
