E. coli cases in St. Louis up to 41

The number of people thought to be infected by E. coli in St. Louis has risen to 41 … up from 35 on Monday. Nine people in the area are in the hospital … 28 cases total have been confirmed. The Missouri Department of Health continues to investigate and asks anyone in the area who might be experiencing food-borne illness symptoms — severe stomach cramps, diarrhea or nausea — to get to a doctor
