David Freese appears on Jay Leno

November 1, 2011 By Bill Pollock

After winning the World Series MVP award, David Freese brought his trophy and his stories and appeared on the Jay Leno Show Monday night. Freese missed his morning flight out to L.A., but was able to grab another flight with Skip Schumaker and his family.

In addition to winning the MVP Award, Freese also takes home a 2012 Corvette and he says the best thing about winning the World Series is he hasn’t had to pay for a meal yet. It sounded like Freese plans to spend some time out in So. Cal. and take a break after a long season.

Here’s the best video we could find of his appearance on Leno.
