Anheuser-Busch-Inbev has lost its last effort to avoid a trial on a gender discrimination lawsuit. The state supreme court has refused to review a lower court ruling that Francine Katz’s suit should go to trial.

Katz had been a vice president of communications and consumer affairs before she quit in 2009. She claims the company excluded women from informal social networks, paid them less and gave them smaller bonuses than male executives were given.
