A man is suing the Kansas City-St. Joseph Diocese because he says a priest fathered a child with the man’s wife five years ago…. and he says the church knew about it but kept quiet.
The diosese says the priest admitted to having the affair with the woman in 2004 and 2005 when the man made the allegations to the church at the time.
The man suing the diocese says didn’t find out until almost a year ago that the child was not his.
