Operators of the Becky Thatcher and Tom Sawyer Mississippi River cruise boats at St. Louis say they had $376,000 dollars operating loss last year. They blame the flooding Missisissippi River. The agency that runs the boats says customer loads are down 28 percent from the previous 12 months.
