The Bishop of the Kansas City-St. Joseph Catholic Diocese has testified before a Jackson County grand jury looking into how officials in the Diocese handled issues of sexual abuse.
Bishop Robert Finn is the highest-ranking church official to testify before the body. The jury has met periodically in the last month since federal authorities filed 13 child pornography charges against Reverend Shawn Ratigan.
