Rumors sparking a Kansas City conduit to terrorism have been grounded.
Two men arrested for stealing nine large box trucks from rental lots as authorities are on heightened alert. Kansas City Police Department Homeland Security Commander Mike Corwin says they were concerned, but that the pair was not seeking to scare, but rather to scrap … stolen copper.
The FBI agrees, and all of the stolen vehicles have been recovered.
