Will Haley’s hunch pay off for the Chiefs?

September 8, 2011 By Bill Pollock

There are a lot of expectations for the 2011 Chiefs after their division title from a year ago. After the lockout, head coach Todd Haley went against his mode of thinking in getting the team prepared for the regular season. Will it pay off early?

Josh Looney who covers and posts everything related to the Chiefs on their official website kcchiefs.com, joins me on this Pressbox Podcast to break down the team.

Looney said that Haley’s training camps are usually very physical, but with no OTA’s and mini camps, Haley wanted to focus on getting ready for September 11th against Buffalo, so the physical side of training didn’t pick up until late.
