Chiefs place TE Moeaki on injured reserve

September 4, 2011 By Bill Pollock

The Chiefs made their final cuts on Saturday to get down to the mandated 53 players, however waivers come into play and there is a good chance the Chiefs will be busy since only seven offensive lineman are currently on this list and the Chiefs are light at tight end and linebacker.

All seven of the Chiefs draft picks made the roster as well.

As of now the projected starters on the offensive line are Branden Albert, Ryan Lilja, Casey Wiegmann, Jon Asamoah and Barry Richardson. Jared Gaither and second-round draft pick and Rodney Hudson will rotate in.
