St. Louis man charged with Medicaid fraud

A dozen Medicaid fraud charges have been filed against a 77-year-old St. Louis man. The Attorney general identifies Jornel Williams as a personal care services provider. He’s accused of submitting fraudulent claims for reimbursement for services and home nurse visits never provided. The charges say he got $23,000 dollars.
