A St. Louis couple has been sentenced for running a $100,000 Medicare and Medicaid fraud scheme. Prosecutors say Sparks Stone and Keisha Stone recruited people not eligible for the programs and then billed the programs for services they never provided. He gets two years in prison. She gets probation. The judge says she got probation because of her health and because somebody has to care for four children.
