Still not many details about why a LifeNet helicopter ambulance crashed Friday night in Clay County in Western Missouri, killing a patient and three crew members on board. Federal investigators continue their probe into the crash. The company plans a public memorial Friday morning at a St Joseph church to remember those who were killed.

Corporate Vice President Craig Yale identified crew members over the weekend as pilot James Freudenberg, flight paramedic Chris Frakes and flight nurse Randy Bever.

Frakes and Bever are from Savannah, Missouri. Freudenberg lived in Rapid City, South Dakota. The patient, 58-year-old Terry Tacoronte, was being transported from Harrison County Community Hospital in Bethany to the Liberty Hospital in Liberty at the time of the crash.

The National Transportation Safety Board is still investigating the crash.
