Third suspect pleads guilty in Mizzou Homecoming murder

August 23, 2011 By Bill Pollock

The Columbia Daily Tribune has reported that 21 year old Columbia resident Deshon Houston pleaded guilty to second degree robbery, a reduced charge from second-degree murder.

Aaron Hobson was in Columbia to see his cousin, Trey Hobson, play against the Oklahoma Sooners on October 23. Hobson was driving through a C-store parking lot when he was approached by several people who demanded money.

It turned out to be a deadly holdup with two other people, including the shooter, already pleading guilty.
