A suspected arsonist in hospitalized in St. Louis because his scheme…..backfired. Authorities have charged Jeffrey Shane with setting fire to the apartment he shared with his girlfriend after an argument. The girlfriend says Shane had shown her apparent Molotov cocktails and had told her he would use them to burn the apartment.
Firefighters had to rescue Shane from an apartment window.
