The Lincoln County prosecutor charges a man killed his girlfriend’s two-year-old son by kicking him in the stomach.
Murder charges have been filed against Douglas Rivette. Authorities say Rivette was upset with the boy because he had gotten into an argument with a four-year-old child living in the home.
