Joplin School District is rebuilding all or part of ten different buildings damaged by the May 22nd tornado. Superintendent CJ Huff says the process will not be a quick one. He says it will take three years to rebuild or repair the buildings. He says six have been damaged beyond repair.

Huff says there were building improvement plans in place before the tornado hit, and they’re still in effect now. He says between insurance and money from the State, the school district should have no problems paying for the rebuild.
