Former Central Missouri Mules tight end DeMarco Cosby has agreed to terms with the NFL’s St. Louis Rams after a good workout with the team on Monday.

The Kansas City, Mo. Native was first team all-MIAA, all-region and All-American pick for the Mules last season when he hauled in 71 passes for 970 yards and 10 touchdowns, all three are single-season school records for a tight end. Cosby also holds the UCM career records for receptions (141), yards receiving (2,146) and touchdowns (20) by a tight end.

Cosby is expected to begin practicing today. The Rams’ first preseason game is this Saturday at home against the Indianapolis Colts.
