An eighteen year old, Ethan Harvey, has pleaded guilty to the murder of James McNeely. Harvey pleaded guilty to second degree murder, armed criminal action and kidnapping in an Audrain County Courtroom on Monday.
He was sentenced to serve 18 years each for second degree murder and armed criminal action, and 15 years for kidnapping. Harvey was 16 years old at the time of the crime.
