Mo. loan incentive lures Kansas business across the border

The back-and-forth continues between Kansas City, Missouri, and Kansas City, Kansas…. Architectural Precase Ornaments has moved its five full-time employees from the Kansas side of the border to Downtown KC’s 12th street in Missouri. The company, which makes precast stone and plaster pieces, says it plans to add 15 more full-time employees. State Treasurer Clint Zweifel says a state-subsidized low-interest loan was offered to the company to help with the move and expansion
