A fleeing car has hit and killed a pedestrian in St. Louis. Officers had stopped a vehicle, but the driver sped off as the officer checked his computer for information on the man, who did not provide a driver’s license.
The driver ran a red light on Martin Luther King, jumped a curb and hit a 19-year-old pedestrian, killing him.
