A St. Louis-based pharmacy is offering 29 (B)billion dollars to buy a major competitor.
Express Scripts plans to buy a Medco Health Solutions.
If the deal goes through, the new entity in St. Louis would not only be the largest pharmacy benefit manager in the U-S … but Express Scripts would be one of the largest COMPANIES in the U-S.
No word yet on how many jobs might result from a merger.
