Authorities are holding a man in the Callaway County Jail for allegedly punching a baby.
Police say Bradley Foutes, Junior assaulted the one-year-old in the head and kicked and slapped a 12 year-old boy in the head and stomach.
The boys had bruising on their bodies but did not require medical attention. Foutes was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse and felony child endangerment.
