A Kansas fireman is charged with looting in Joplin. The Jasper County prosecutor has charged 25-year-old Matthew W. Page, one of three firefighters from Baxter Springs, Kansas, dismissed in June for alleged misconduct while responding to the tornado.
Page is accused of taking items from Joplin’s Home Depot, which was levelled by the tornado. -jcm-
